How long will it take my order to arrive?
I aim to dispatch most orders within 3-5 working days. Rings and personalised items can take slightly longer to dispatch as they are made to order. Once posted, they should arrive to you within 1-2 working days. If you need something urgently, please get in touch via email at hello@bluebelllanejewellery.com and I can advise if this time frame is possible.

How much is shipping?
Everything is shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, and is £3.50

When will a particular item be back in stock?
If an item you're interested in is marked out of stock, please don't hesitate to get in touch at hello@bluebelllanejewellery.com where I can let you know the estimated restock date.

I've ordered an item as a gift, can you send it directly to my friend's address?
Yes, of course! Just enter your friend's address as the shipping address when placing your order. If you've already placed your order, please get in touch asap with the change of address.
Also, if you are shipping direct to a loved one and would like a handwritten note included, there is a Gift Message box at the checkout.

Could you make me something bespoke?
Absolutely! I love working with you to create something unique and special. Please send me an email at hello@bluebelllanejewellery.com to discuss your idea! If you'd like to see some previous bespoke pieces I have made, there are some examples in the 'Bespoke' section of my website.

How should I care for my jewellery once it's arrived?
Due to the nature of Sterling Silver, it can tarnish over time. To reduce the rate at which this may happen, I advise to keep your item in an airtight container while  not being worn. Silver can react with some skin care products and perfumes, as well as chlorine, so it's best to avoid getting your jewellery in contact with these things.

Is it possible to return or exchange my item if I change my mind?
With the exception of custom or personalised items (unless faulty), I will happily accept returns or exchanges. Please see my Returns & Exchanges page for more info.

I've ordered a ring and it's the wrong size, can I exchange it for another size?
Yes absolutely. Just send me an email at hello@bluebelllanejewellery.com where I will give you the return address, and can also help advise you on sizing. UK Ring Sizers are also available to buy in the Shop section of this website.
The first resize is free of charge, you will just need to cover the postage.
